Detached house situated in a prime residential area in Andorra la Vella, Andorra. The program meets the needs of an upscale house in which there are large indoor volumes and stays, leisure and wellness area with pool, sauna, gym, etc …
Structural and Geotechnical engineering services were provided.
The excavation was part on rock and part on sands, the building lays on different strata, thus foundations were designed to avoid differential settlement.
The structure was design as reinforced concrete columns, walls and flat and folded slabs with spans up to 9 meters.
