Commercial building of Banca Privadad d’Andorra. The original structure of the building was design for residential use. Refurbishment works required a structural projects with various demands such as strengthening of slabs to support new imposed loads, create a new stairs/lift core, cutting of slabs to create internal double-height spaces and finally a new timber roof.
