Residential complex located in Encamp, Andorra, formed by 6Nº independent blocks with common basement parking areas. There was a significant excavation with large and varied soil retention schemes. All the structures are RC frame schemes with the particularity that there are no columns in the residential levels, internal partitions and façade walls are bearing elements that sit on strategically located lines of columns within the basement space.
