Client : Grup Guem, Architect : Orobitg – A&U, Area : 6.060 m², Project and Construction: 2010/11
This residential complex is situated in the urbanization Ermengol Serra, in Escaldes Engordany, Andorra. It is a set of luxury apartments distributed in two blocks and over a common parking area.
When we started our collaboration in the project, the structure was already built and we only rebuilt the entrance, hall, and new spaces for diesel tanks.
The structural design is based on a RC frame scheme. Gravity retaining walls formed with big boulders were integrated within the surrounding landscape proposal of the private area.
