Just next to the base of the ski resort – El Tarter – this 4-star hotel in located with all the facilities to enjoy a comfortable stay surrounded by a very healthy and natural environment.
The excavation was through fractures slate rock (2-story basement) with specific nailing were required, the structure was designed in reinforced concrete with spans up to 8m, roofs were folded (RC solid slabs too) to generate the mansards and dormer windows.
