Comella Park is a residential complex in Andorra la Vella, Andorra.
Underground car park and plant rooms occupy the entire footprint of the plot, from that common basement volume two independent blocks arise for residential use.
Excavation was possible via a temporary retention scheme of an anchored micro-pile contiguous wall.
The structure was designed in reinforced concrete. Transfers beams were necessary at ground floor level in line with the front façade to optimise the parking layout (bays and drive ways).
